Questions
Cancelling
Cancel at any time, where you subscribed: in the App Store (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions), in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions), or, for a web purchase, from the link in any billing email the web checkout sends you. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
Your Career Record after you cancel
It stays yours. Your Career Record, your captures and the resumes you have made stay in your account, and the Record stays available in every view. Your account goes back to the Free limits. You can export everything from Settings at any time.
One membership on the web and in the apps
Pro belongs to your Careerscient account, not to a device. Buy it in the iPhone app, the Android app or on the web, and it works on all three when you sign in with the same account.
Refunds
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies. For a web purchase, email [email protected].
Paying from India
The web checkout doesn’t support customers in India yet. Subscribe in the iPhone or Android app instead, where prices are set for India.
